Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 8, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Clearline Septic website, operated by Navarro Pro Services ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a service request, you agree to them.
What we do
- We collect the details of your septic issue through the request form.
- We refer that request to one or more independent septic companies serving your area.
- We may contact you to clarify your request or confirm that a company reached you.
What we do not do
- We do not pump, inspect, repair, install, or service septic systems.
- We do not employ septic technicians and do not send anyone to your property.
- We do not set prices, produce quotes, or invoice you for septic work.
- We do not schedule appointments on a contractor's behalf or control when they arrive.
- We do not pull permits or interact with regulators about your system.
- We do not supervise, inspect, or approve the work a contractor performs.
Your agreement is with the contractor
The septic company that contacts you is an independent business. It is not our employee, agent, partner, or subsidiary, and we do not act on its behalf. Any agreement for work, including price, scope, scheduling, payment, and warranty, is made directly between you and that company under its own terms. We are not a party to it.
Before allowing work to begin, please read that company's own terms and get the scope, price, and warranty in writing.
What we cannot promise
We want to be straightforward about the limits of a referral service:
- We cannot guarantee that a contractor will contact you, or how quickly.
- We cannot guarantee a contractor will be available for your preferred date, or that emergency help will be available when you need it.
- We cannot guarantee any particular price, and we do not control what a contractor charges.
- We cannot guarantee the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of any work performed.
- We cannot guarantee any contractor's registration status, insurance, or conduct. Please verify these yourself using the steps in our Licensing and Referral Disclosure.
Any general information on this website about septic systems is provided for orientation only. It is not a diagnosis and not professional advice. Only a qualified contractor who has examined your system can tell you what is actually wrong with it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and the problem. A contractor's ability to help depends on it.
- Submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to arrange service for.
- Verify the credentials of any contractor before granting access to your property.
- Do not submit another person's contact details without their permission.
- Do not use this site to submit false, abusive, or automated requests.
How we are paid
Submitting a request is free to you. We may receive a fee from a septic company for referring your request. This is disclosed in our Pricing and Additional-Work Disclosure and our Privacy Policy. Being paid a referral fee does not mean we have verified or endorsed that company.
Your information
Submitting a request means your details will be shared with one or more septic companies. That is how the referral works. Please read our Privacy Policy before submitting the form, and do not submit it if you would prefer your information not be shared.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this website or any referral is limited to the amount you paid us, which for homeowners is normally nothing. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing, property damage, delay, or conduct of any contractor, because those are the responsibility of the independent business that performed the work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our own fraud or negligence where the law does not permit that limitation.
Complaints
If a company we referred you to did poor work or misrepresented itself, tell us — we will stop referring homeowners to it. Because we are not a party to your agreement with the contractor, disputes over price, workmanship, or damage must be resolved with that company, and you may also report it to the state. Contact routes are listed in our Licensing and Referral Disclosure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a dispute arises with us, please contact us first so we have a chance to resolve it directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you submit a request is the one that applies to that request.
