All 50 states, nationwide  /  Septic referral service

Describe the problem once.We put it in front of licensed contractors.

Clearline Septic is a referral service — not a septic company. You tell us what your system is doing; we hand that to licensed septic contractors in your area who inspect it and quote the work at no cost to you. No cold-calling strangers while a tank backs up.

How a request moves 3 steps
  1. 01

    You describe it

Symptoms, address, and the tank's history if you happen to know it.

  2. 02

    We route it

Sent to licensed septic companies that work your area, anywhere in the country.

  3. 03

    They quote it

The contractor inspects the system, identifies the fault, and quotes it free.

No charge to you at any step. The contractor pays us, not you.

Septic problems don't hold steady. Sewage surfacing in a yard, odor moving indoors, or a drainfield sitting saturated all get worse — and more expensive — the longer they run. We don't hold slots back or run a countdown; send the request when you notice it, and it goes out the same day.

01 / Division of work

Who does what

Clearline Septic

  • Takes your description of the problem and asks the follow-up questions a contractor will need answered.
  • Routes it to septic companies licensed in your state that cover your area.
  • Follows up to confirm somebody actually reached you.
  • Stops sending requests to companies that treat homeowners badly.

We are not a registered septic tank contractor. We do not pump, inspect, repair, or install anything, and we do not set prices.

The septic contractor

  • Comes out, opens the system, and finds out what is actually wrong.
  • Gives you a free written quote once the issue has been identified.
  • Pulls county and state permits where the work requires them.
  • Performs the work, invoices you directly, and warrants it under their own terms.

Your agreement is with the contractor. Read their quote and warranty before you sign — those are the terms that govern the job.

02 / Due diligence

Check them before they dig

Septic tank contracting is licensed state by state — usually through a state environmental, health, or contractor licensing board, and sometimes at the county level as well. Wherever you are, anyone quoting your tank work should be licensed or registered where the work is being done — and you can confirm it yourself in a few minutes.

Read the full disclosure

  1. Ask for the license or registration numberEvery state issues one in its own format. A legitimate contractor will give you theirs without hesitating.
  2. Look it up with your stateMost states publish a searchable roster of active septic or onsite-wastewater contractors online.
  3. Check the complaint history tooMany state boards publish enforcement and disciplinary actions separately from the active-license list.
  4. Ask for a certificate of insuranceRequest it from the insurer, not a photo of a card, and check that it hasn't lapsed.
  5. Get the terms in writingScope, price, permits, and warranty — before anyone puts a shovel in the ground.

Work we route

Descriptions are general. The contractor determines what your system actually needs after inspecting it.
TypeWhat it covers
01PumpingRoutine tank pumping on a maintenance interval, or a one-off pump-out when a tank is full or slow. The interval depends on tank size and household load — the contractor will tell you what yours needs.
02InspectionPre-sale and pre-purchase inspections, buyer or lender requests, and routine condition checks. Includes locating the tank and drainfield, checking baffles and levels, and reporting on system condition.
03Emergency backupSewage backing up into fixtures, standing effluent in the yard, or odor moving indoors. These get routed first because they get worse quickly and can become a health issue.
04DrainfieldFields that hold water, drain slowly, or have stopped absorbing. Diagnosis, rejuvenation where it's viable, and replacement where it isn't — replacement is permitted work.
05ComponentsBaffles, risers and lids, effluent filters, distribution boxes, pumps, floats, and alarms. Often the cheapest fix available, and often mistaken for a failing tank.
06New systemsSizing, permitting, and installation for new construction or full replacement of a failed system. Requires state and county permitting and a registered contractor.

Contractors need an address to know if they cover you.

That email address doesn't look right.

Submitting shares your details with septic contractors — that's the service. See the privacy policy.

Before you send it

What submitting does

Your description and contact details go to licensed septic companies that work your area. That sharing is the point of the service — it is how a contractor knows to call you.

A referral can't be pulled back once it's been sent, so only send details you're comfortable having a contractor hold.

We can't promise same-day service, a particular contractor, or a price. Scheduling and pricing belong to the contractor, and any quote is theirs — free, and given after they've identified the issue.

If the form is difficult for you to use, the accessibility statement has another way to get your details to us.

About

A middleman,and honest about it.

Clearline Septic is the operating name of Navarro Pro Services, a sole proprietorship in Kissimmee. I don't own a pump truck and I don't touch anyone's system. What I do is take a homeowner's description of a septic problem and get it in front of septic companies that are registered to do the work.

On the recordNationwide
  1. A

    Not a contractor

Navarro Pro Services is not registered as a septic tank contractor and performs no septic work.

  2. B

    Paid by contractors

A referral fee may be paid to us by the company you're connected with.

  3. C

    Free to homeowners

You are never billed by us, for anything.

Why this exists

The worst time to shop

Nobody researches septic contractors until the day they need one, and by then there's usually sewage involved. You end up calling numbers off a search page, describing the same symptoms five times, and trying to judge whether the person on the phone is legitimate while your bathroom is out of service.

I sit in the middle of that. You describe it once. I ask the follow-up questions a contractor is going to ask anyway — where the tank is, when it was last pumped, whether water is surfacing — and pass a request that's actually useful to companies that work your area.

The contractor takes it from there: they inspect the system, find the fault, and give you a free quote. If you don't like the quote, you don't hire them. That's the whole arrangement.

What I can and can't say

I can say that requests go to companies licensed in their own state to do septic tank contracting, that a quote costs you nothing, and that I follow up to make sure someone reached you.

I can't say that I hold a septic license — I don't, and I'm not permitted to hold myself out as a septic tank contractor. I also can't promise a price, a schedule, or a specific company, because none of those are mine to promise.

There are no customer testimonials on this site and no statistics about jobs completed. When there are real ones to publish, they'll go here.
